Find attached a letter sent from India to Macedonia. It was apparently routed through Greece. There it received a postmark which hints to the fact that Greece does not accept the name "Macedonia" but demands the country name to be FYROM (Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia). The country name is striked through. The postmark is one which is not yet known. It distinguishes from the known ones by the fact that it is almost exclusively in English except "FYROM" which is in English and Greek on the postmark's text. This letter is no postal war item since a country name in the addressee's address has been objected to not to a postal item like a stamp.
The question is however whether this postmark is also existent on mail from Macedonia to Greece where it would have been used to object Macedonian stamps bearing the country name "Macedonia".
